FAQ

 

 When will my order ship? 

Your order will typically ship in 3-4 working days. You will receive a email confirming when your order has been sent. 

 

 How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail. Orders are typically send via Royal Mail Second Class untracked service. Any orders that are sent with tracked service, your tracking number will be sent with your email confirmation. 

 

 International Orders 

International orders are sent out with International Standard (No tracking service) or International Tracked and Signed both of which are available to choose from at checkout.

Delivery to EU destinations usually take around 7-10 days

Delivery to the US/ Canada/ Rest of the world:  usually take around 7-14 days.

Due to Covid19 and Brexit international orders are likely to take longer for delivery, sadly we do not have any control over this. 

Please note that for international orders you are responsible for any incurred fees which may be collected upon delivery of your order. 

Our Etsy store is available for international orders if you prefer to shop from there where VAT is collected at checkout. 

 

 Where is my order? 

 UK orders 

For UK orders please allow up to one week after dispatch to contact us about your missing order.

 International orders 

For International tracked orders please allow up to 21 days after dispatch to contact us about your missing order. 

For International standard orders please allow up to two months after dispatch to contact us about your missing order.

Please note we know it is incredibly frustrating to deal with missing parcels but currently Brexit and Covid19 is causing unprecedented delays with our European and International orders which we sadly do not have control over. We really appreciate your patience and support.

 Cancelation 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at thetapegang@gmail.com. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can cancel and process a refund. 

 

 Returns & exchange 

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible at thetapegang@gmail.com.

Returns and exchanges are accepted if items are returned in original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be dispatched within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. 

Please note seconds items/ sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. 

 

 Our Eco Promise 

We are a eco-conscious small business. We aim to recycle, reuse if not eliminate plastic use within our business where possible. Our Washi comes in super lux boxes and packaging is recyclable.
